New Delhi, 21 February 2025 – Delhi Integrated Multi-Modal Transit System Limited (DIMTS) and Indika AI Private Limited (Indika AI) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on AI-powered road asset monitoring and safety solutions. This strategic partnership aims to leverage AI, including Generative AI, to enhance infrastructure maintenance and safety measures across Delhi and beyond.

The MoU was signed by Ajay Gupta, Associate Vice President of Transport Technology Solutions, DIMTS, in the presence of Atul Kumar (General Manager) and Rupam Singh (Assistant General Manager - Business Development, DIMTS), along with Hardik Dave, Co-founder & CEO, Indika AI. Also present were Dr. Anshul Pandey, Co-founder, Indika AI, Kamal Vashisht - Head of Strategy and Public Policy, Indika AI, and representatives from Indika AI’s road infrastructure division RoadVision AI, including Rushabh Mamania (CBO, RoadVision AI) and Shubham Kanojia (CTO, RoadVision AI), who joined virtually.

Under this partnership, DIMTS and Indika AI will jointly explore and implement AI-driven solutions for road asset monitoring and safety, utilizing cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI and computer vision to automate infrastructure assessment and risk analysis.
