Hardik Dave is an entrepreneur and the co-founder and CEO of Indika AI, a leading end-to-end data solutions company specializing in digitization, data-centric AI, programmatic data labeling, and LLMs fine-tuning.

With a diverse skill set spanning finance, law, entrepreneurship, and technology, he is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) with a bachelor's degree in commerce from Jai Hind College, Mumbai University. He has also completed a Certificate Programme in Digital Transformation, Innovation, and Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore.

Before starting Indika AI, Hardik worked with prestigious organizations such as Baker Tilly International and Ernst & Young (EY), specializing in auditing, financial planning, corporate and tax law advisory, and litigations. He played an instrumental role in strategically important projects involving digital transformation and automation in the areas of accounting, finance, and law. 

Since founding Indika AI in early 2021, Hardik has grown the company into a prominent player in the industry, offering comprehensive solutions in digitization, data-centric AI solutions, programmatic data labeling, and fine-tuning LLMs for clients across various sectors. Under his leadership, Indika AI actively drives digitization, AI adoption, and advancement in the field of data-driven technologies.

Hardik is also a seasoned public speaker, delivering keynote speeches on digital transformation, technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Privacy, Entrepreneurship, and Startups at prestigious institutes and universities, including IITs, IIMs, and ICAI. He advises and mentors early-stage founders and enterprises, providing guidance on product development, data-driven innovation, workforce re-skilling, and change management.

In recognition of his expertise in digital transformation and scaling digital technologies, Hardik was nominated as a member of the Digital Re-Engineering & Transformation Committee of WIRC of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the year 2023-2024. In this role, he drives digital transformation initiatives across ICAI and its various stakeholders.
