Partnership Overview
Delhi Integrated Multi-Modal Transit System Limited (DIMTS) and Indika AI Private Limited have established a strategic partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding focused on developing artificial intelligence solutions for road infrastructure monitoring and safety enhancement.
The agreement leverages generative AI and computer vision technologies to automate infrastructure assessment and risk analysis across Delhi and beyond — marking a significant step in the digitisation of India's urban transport ecosystem.
About the MoU Signing
The MoU signing ceremony brought together senior representatives from both organisations. The DIMTS delegation included Ajay Gupta (Associate Vice President of Transport Technology Solutions), Atul Kumar (General Manager), and Rupam Singh (Assistant General Manager — Business Development).
Representing Indika AI were Hardik Dave (Co-founder & CEO), Dr. Anshul Pandey (Co-founder), and Kamal Vashisht (Head of Strategy and Public Policy), along with representatives from RoadVision AI joining virtually.

Transforming Road Infrastructure with AI
The partnership centres on Indika AI's RoadVision AI platform — a purpose-built solution for automated road monitoring and safety audits. Using advanced computer vision and generative AI, RoadVision AI can identify road defects, assess infrastructure conditions, and flag safety risks at scale — dramatically reducing the time and cost of traditional manual surveys.
Under the MoU, both organisations will collaborate on pilot deployments across Delhi's road network, with the goal of expanding the model across other Indian cities. The initiative aligns with India's broader Smart Cities Mission and the push for data-driven urban governance.
